Navigation Tips

Below are navigation tips to help you shop our store with ease.

Homepage: The majority of the Medical-Tools Shop homepage consists of all the main categories of surgical instruments included in the online shop. The Main level categories are links, which are on the left column. Clicking the main category will bring you to a listing of subcategories included within the main category you selected.
Homepage also have featured products.

Shopping Cart: Once you have selected a main category from the homepage, you will enter the subcategory. The main content window will directly display the subcategories in within the main category link you chose on the home page. Once you drill down to where product is displayed, then you can add product directly to your cart by selecting the “Add to cart” button. When you add product to your cart, the shopping cart detailed page will appear, it will contain product details and quantity you’ve selected, it will also display subtotal of the total cart value (without shipping charges). On top right of this page you can fine “Continue Shopping” and “Checkout” links, Continue Shopping will take you to the homepage and you can shop more products of your choice, Checkout link will take you to personal details page where you can register as a New Customer or can give Username & Password (if you are already registered with us).

After signing-in Payment Details page will display total cart value including shipping charges, your personal details (contact details, billing address and shipping address). You can also mention some specific requirement or details under customer notes section. On clicking the submit order button you’ll be directed to secure payment processing page, where you’ll be asked to provide credit card information.
Once you provide credit card information and submit order, your order will be processed, you’ll receive a notification from credit card processors regarding payment processing, you’ll also receive an invoice from Medical Tools.

How does the secure server order process work?
Once you select checkout, you will be prompted to login unless you have already done so. Adding products in the shopping card and clicking checkout,  "Payment Details" page will be display total cart value including shipping charges, your personal details (contact details, billing address and shipping address). You can also mention some specific requirement or details under customer notes section. How do I return something to Medical-Tools?
Credit will be issued for all merchandise which is returned unused, in the original packaging and is returned within 30 days of invoice purchase date. You (the buyer) will be responsible for all shipping charges. In order for you to receive credit to your account for returned merchandise a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained prior to returning merchandise to Medical Tools. RGA can be obtained by an email at info@medical-tools.com

Ordering Options

Secure Server Internet Orders
Once you have selected your items for purchase, simply choose the checkout link located on the top and bottom of every page. First time purchasers will be prompted to create an account. Here you will supply us with your billing and shipping information. You will also be required to input a username and password for future purchases. Once you have completed the account set up page you can place Secure Online Order. Payment Details page will display product information, quantity ordered, cart total and shipping charges. Once you click “Submit Order” you’ll be directed to secure payment processing gateway.

Placing Items In Your Cart

You can add items to your virtual shopping cart from any page that displays the "Add To Cart" button. Once you drill down to where product is displayed, enter the desired quantity and select the "Add To Cart" button. When you add product to your cart, you will be taken to a page displaying your shopping cart contents.

View And Modify Your Cart
Select the "View Card" link at any time to see all of the items, in your shopping cart. Here you can change order quantities by changing the numbers in the order quantity box or can change option for the products. If you would like to delete an item entirely from your cart, place a zero in the quantity box. Once you are satisfied with your changes click on the "Update".
